Human pharmacokinetic data on silychristin exposure

<p>This data comprises gathered human pharmacokinetic data on blood silychristin concentrations after oral intake of silymarin supplements. This data was gathered from literature studies as indicated in the data file. Moreover, this data also contains the comparison of PBK modelled blood concentrations with the reported blood concentrations from these studies. This data was used to model validate the silychristin PBK model.&nbsp;</p>
