Liquid chromotography-tandem mass spectrometry of flavonolignans from silymarin products

<p>This data contains two files that describe how daily intakes of silychristin were derived from chemical analytical measurements of silymarin supplements. The file "LC-MS supplements analysis" contains the raw data from the LC-MS/MS measurements, silychristin calibration curves and the subsequent calculations of the recovery and concentrations of silychristin in the supplements. The file "daily intake calculations" contains the calculations that were performed to derive daily intake of silychristin based on the concentrations of silychristin from the LC-MS/MS data.&nbsp;</p>
